Dance in the exhibition with Navid Rezvani

Navid Rezvani is an Iranian-Norwegian dancer and performing artist with more than 25 years of experience on stage. He uses movement as a language for identity, freedom, and human belonging. In this solo performance, dance and spoken word come together around “Woman, Life, Freedom” – a personal reflection on Iran, resistance, and the human longing to live and express oneself freely.

Salsa class in collaboration with Studio42

Studio42 invites you to a free introductory salsa class at the Northern Norway Art Museum. If you would like to try dancing with a partner and enjoy Latin American rhythms, this class is for you. In the Main Hall on the 2nd floor, you will have the opportunity to learn the basic steps, try leading/following, and do a couple of fun movements to salsa music. No experience is required; come alone or with a partner. The only thing we ask is that you arrive at the beginning of the class. Let’s dance at the museum!
