Borrowing art

Loan applications are assessed based on the condition of the works, the indoor climate and safety of the venue, the exhibition concept, the desire for public access to the works, internal use of resources and several other factors.

The borrower is responsible for all costs of the loan, such as insurance, transport crates, transport costs and coordation, extra security and courier if needed, and incurred external expenses for NNKM. This is clarified and agreed upon before the loan agreement is signed.
