Three themes
We present North as a combination of people, places and stories, in three rooms that thematically presents diverse perspectives from two centuries of art. You get to see a wide range of techniques and media, ranging from international superstars like Munch and Hockney to lesser-known regional artists that also will blow you away. In a constantly evolving exhibition, we bring you different and sometimes contradicting stories from and about people and places.

Bigger than ever
The collection spans two floors, and also present an artist in focus. The first to be presented was the winner of the John Savio Award 2017, Britta Marakatt-Labba. She has now been replaced by another amazing Swede with Sámi background, Rose-Marie Huuva. The collection also includes the graphic art exhibition Imprints.
