About the event

The artist Adelsteen Normann mostly painted summer scenes, and the warmth in his paintings shines towards us. Now winter is approaching here in the north. Perhaps we can bring some of Adelsteen's delightful colors into the dark season?

Welcome to a cozy Sunday workshop where we will make traditional Christmas decorations from straw and paper.

The workshop is free and drop-in from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Welcome to both young and old!

Tip! At 3:15 PM, we invite you to a guided tour of the exhibition, where our guide will introduce you to the fascinating artistry of the Northern Norwegian artist Eilert Adelsteen Normann (1848–1918). The tour is conducted in English and requires an entrance ticket.

The café is open! Here you can enjoy our crispy, freshly baked waffles – straight from the iron – served with classic accompaniments.
