About the event

Choose a painting from the exhibition and explore how the motif can be simplified and stylized. We work to find lines, surfaces, and compositional elements that can be highlighted, and use various paper techniques to simplify the expression.

We will be working with markers, paper, scissors, and glue. If you would like to use other materials or techniques, you are welcome to bring them with you.

The workshop is free and open from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., and is suitable for older children, teenagers, and adults. Please arrive a little before the start time to hang up your coats, so that we have plenty of time and can begin together with an introduction to the exhibition at 1:00 p.m.

Our café is open – and serves toast and the best waffles in town – freshly made straight from the iron.
