About the event
Would you like to try the impasto technique? Impasto involves applying paint in thick layers, either with a palette knife or a brush. This technique creates exciting, relief-like effects on the surface.
In several of Adelsteen Normann’s paintings, we can see that he used impasto. We’ll start by studying the technique in some of his works before experimenting with acrylic paint and our own motifs.
The workshop is free and open for drop-in from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. There will be a short introduction in the exhibition from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM.
