Creative Workshop: Fantasy Birds

Join us for a creative Sunday workshop at Nordnorsk Kunstmuseum in Tromsø on 23 August!

In the Arctic regions, birds have always been close companions – marking the changing seasons, serving as messengers, or symbolising freedom and survival in a harsh landscape. Our exhibition «To nature» features many artworks with birds. On the exhibition’s final day, we invite children and adults to create their own imaginative birds using recycled materials. Here, things that would otherwise be thrown away are transformed into little works of art!

If you’re at the museum at 1:00 PM, you’ll also get a sneak peek at the birds in «Til Naturen».

The workshop is free and open to everyone. Drop in anytime between 1:00 and 3:00 PM.
