Welcome to Nordnorsk Kunstmuseum

The educational activities of Nordnorsk Kunstmuseum take place primarily, but not exclusively, at our venues in Tromsø, Longyearbyen and Bodø. We offer guided tours, art meetings, art workshops, lectures, talks, events and educational outreach programmes. With the values of openness, relevance and co-creation, Nordnorsk Kunstmuseum strives to create communication that is accessible and has room for everyone.  

 

 

In Tromsø, we have a unique SKAPEworkshop on the ground floor that is available throughout opening hours. Here, visitors young and old can use a range of materials and art equipment for creative expression. Use of the workshop is free of charge.
